The Orlando Watersports Complex is the only facility in the country to have
two cableways: a beginner/intermediate cable park and a slider park. The
cableways allow for unlimited riding time to improve the foundation skills for
wakeboarding, wakeskating and skiing. The cable is normally run at 18 mph, to
accommodate beginners. For more advanced skiers, the cable can be sped up to 36
mph. This beginner/intermediate cable section of the park can be used for slalom
skiing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, trick skiing, or just skiing with two skis.
It contains a full size, competition standard, six-buoy slalom course so you can
mix it up.
Lessons for All
If you want to improve on your ski and air nautiques, then this is the place
to be! Riders of all skill levels are welcome to train with professional staff
that will assist you in technique and skills. You can also get lessons in any of
the following:

Recommended for those who are serious about Wakeboarding and Wakeskating this
cable runs at 20 mph and currently has 8 obstacles in the lake. Two launch

await you! Safety always comes first so helmets must be worn to hit the sliders.
This cable is also home to the Indian Rope: a shorter line where you can get air
